Impressive　　（2008-09-21）
I'd gotten the first miniatures set from WoC when they came out, and they've come a long way. This is the first of the newer sets that I've gotten. A nice bonus is that the figures with long weapons and such now have extra plastic protectors that keep the figure in shape. Two of the figures in my box had them and the weapons look great. The cards have gotten a face lift and seem cleaner. The paint jobs don't seem much better, though, which was a surprise. Things look a bit rough. I went ahead and got this one because it seemed to have the most exciting mix of creature types that I like (creepy crawly things and undead). I wasn't disappointed with my mix. I'm considering at least a few more boxes. A good buy.

D&D公式ミニチュアの第14弾です。
　本セットの魅力は、D&Dの、そしてファンタジーRPGの定番モンスターが収録されていることでしょう。
　D&Dのリプレイにも登場したアンバーハルクの再収録版Umber Hulk Delver、クリアプラスチックで実現したGelatinous CubeはD&Dのユニークモンスターとして、レアのSphinx、Capricious Copper Dragon、Manticore Sniper、CyclopsなどはファンタジーRPGの定番モンスターとしてゲームを彩ってくれることでしょう。
　アンコモンでも、Thundertusk Boar、Warhorse、そしてクリアプラスチックで一新したLarge Fire ElementalはD&Dでも、その他のファンタジーRPGでも有用です。
　また、小説のファンにはBruenor Battlehammerも押さえておきたい逸品です。
　スカーミッシュ・ゲームとしては、新たに騎乗ルールなどが加わり、そちらの面からも魅力的なセットとなっており、双方の観点からこのセットからDDMを集めるのもお勧めです。
